Project loan to improve and increase the access to and quality of university education in Serbia through capital investments in the state university infrastructure.
Final beneficiaries: Students at the University of Belgrade, in particular 13 000 students of the selected sub-project faculties, as well as students from vulnerable segments of society, such as those from disadvantaged backgrounds, the disabled and gender-sensitive groups.
