This PLN 370 million PFF (Public Sector Financing Facility) will part-finance municipal investments for the construction of the new Museum of Modern Art as well as the construction, extension and upgrade of two hospitals, including the purchase of new equipment, in the districts of Ursynów and Bielany.
Final beneficiaries will be a wide range of the residents of Warsaw metropolitan area who will benefit from an improved quality of life through enhanced cultural offer and availability and quality of health services.
