Official visit to Portugal by Governor Alomar

PARIS - A delegation from the CEB led by Governor Alomar, accompanied by Vice-Governor Ruiz-Ligero, made an official visit to the Portuguese authorities from 9 to 13 September.

Meetings were held with the Minister of Economy, Innovation and Development, the Deputy Minister of Finance for Budget, the Secretary of State of European Affairs, the Secretary of State for Energy and Innovation, and the Governor of the Bank of Portugal.

The CEB delegation also met the chairmen of Caixa Geral de Depósitos, of Instituto da Habitação e da Reabilitação Urbana and of Parque Escolar. Furthermore, the trip also provided an opportunity for a field visit to see one of the actions already completed within the framework of the project financed by the Bank with Parque Escolar.
