A Programme loan to support the Borrower in improving access to adequate housing for targeted war veterans through a scalable preferential mortgage scheme. Developed with the Ministries for Communities and Territories Development and Veterans Affairs, the Programme funds preferential housing loans administered by the State Fund for the Promotion of Youth Housing (Derzhmolodzhytlo/SFYH).

Final beneficiaries: War veterans in Ukraine, restricted to two categories: (i) combat participants and (ii) persons with disability of group III as a result of war.
