A Public sector Financing Facility (PFF) aims to support the Borrower ensuring uninterrupted implementation of education, skills development, employability and anti-discrimination activities for vulnerable communities.

Final beneficiaries: Roma community, including Roma pupils and students, parents and guardians, unemployed and inactive adults, teachers, Roma mentors, Roma women and girls and people affected by discrimination from disadvantaged or marginalised communities in Romania. About 10 300 beneficiaries are expected to benefit from the PFF.
