This project foresees the following investments in Tirana University Hospital Centre “Mother Teresa”:

  1. Complete the construction works on the 3rd and 4th floors of the hospital’s main building – A-1;
  2. Construct and equip a new General Medicine building, known as A-2.
  3. Design and implement an IT management system for the hospital.
  4. Provide technical assistance to the Ministry of Health (Project Implementation Unit) and training to the hospital management and personnel.

The project is due for completion in 2021. It has benefited from grant support from the CEB’s Social Dividend Account, Norway Trust Account, Western Balkans InvestmentFramework, and the Italian Fund for Innovative Projects
