A Programme loan to support the Borrower in promoting sustainable economic growth in Türkiye by providing affordable, medium to long-term financing to MSMEs, with a focus on improving access to investment and working capital, supporting recovery in earthquake-affected provinces, strengthening business resilience, and enabling disaster and climate adaptation investments.

Final beneficiaries: eligible MSMEs across Türkiye, with at least half of the loan proceeds allocated to MSMEs in the 17 provinces affected by the February 2023 earthquakes. About 150 MSMEs are expected to benefit from the programme, supporting business recovery, expansion, and local economic and employment growth.
