A Programme loan to support the Borrower in promoting sustainable economic growth in Türkiye by providing affordable, medium to long-term financing to MSMEs, with a focus on improving access to investment and working capital, supporting recovery in earthquake-affected provinces, strengthening business resilience, and enabling disaster and climate adaptation investments.

Final beneficiaries: eligible MSMEs throughout Türkiye, including those in earthquake-affected provinces. About 100 MSMEs are expected to benefit from the programme, supporting business recovery, expansion, and local economic and employment growth.
